    1. Owner of equipment must provide a copy of the following AT THE TIME OF RENTAL:

    3. DECLARATION PAGE OF INSURANCE POLICY FOR THE EQUIPMENT

    4. ONLY EQUIPMENT IDENTIFIED ABOVE MAY BE STORED IN THIS SPACE. Unauthorized equipment will be towed at equipment owner's expense.

    5. The storage facility reserves the right to inspect the condition of the equipment and approve or deny for any reason whatsoever the equipment being stored at this location. The equipment shall be in good operating condition and mobile at all times.

    6 Any fluid leakage must be corrected within 48 hours of notification by storage facility. For enclosed storage, battery must be disconnected, fuel tank drained and cardboard placed underneath equipment to protect the floor.

    7. Equipment must be covered with a vehicle or boat cover to be securely tied down. Tarps are not allowed.

    8. Occupant agrees to be solely responsible to secure the equipment against damage or theft. Storage facility will not be responsible nor held liable for the equipment and will not be responsible for taking any measures whatsoever, including notification to the occupant that the equipment is not secure.

    9. Equipment repairs are not allowed inside or outside storage. Equipment is not to be stored for the purpose of using this space to sell or for showing the equipment for sale.

    10. There is to be no tailgating into the facility at any time. Your gate code must be entered into the key pad when entering and exiting at all times.

    11. Occupant acknowledges that any equipment stored at the facility with rent(s) left unpaid for over 30 days will be auctioned..

    RENTAL REQUIREMENTS

    OWNER OF EQUIPMENT MAY PROVIDE A PHOTOGRAPH(S) OF THE EQUIPMENT TO BE STORED. STORAGE FACILITY RESERVES THE RIGHT TO MEASURE THE LENGTH OF THE EQUIPMENT TO DETERMINE THE AMOUNT OF SPACE NEEDED.

    PERSONAL PROPERTY VALUE IN EXCESS OF $2,500.00. It is hereby agreed that the occupant, at the occupant's sole expense, shall maintain on all personal property stored in or about the premises, a fire and extended coverage insurance policy with theft, vandalism and malicious mischief endorsements to extend to 100% of the full replacement value of such personal property. Provided that to the extent that occupant does not maintain insurance as described above, occupant shall be deemed to have "self-insured" and further that in lieu of such insurance, occupant may, at occupant's sole discretion, elect to "self insure" totally. To the extent occupant "self-insures", occupant shall bear all risk of loss or damage which would have been covered under aforementioned extended coverage insurance policy.

    Occupant hereby releases operator and its agents, authorized representatives and employees (herein referred to collectively as operator's agents) from any and all claims for damages or loss to the personal property in, on or about the premises that are caused by or result from risks which are or would be covered under the fire and extended coverage insurance policy described above and hereby waives any and all rights of recovery against Operator and its Agents. While certain insurance information may be made available to occupants, the Operator and its Agents are not insurers, nor affiliated with any insurance company and thus do not act as any insurance company's agents, brokers or solicitors and do not assist in the explanation of coverage or in the making of claims under any insurance policy. This document applies to all persons whose said personal property is in occupants unit.
